Individual or group training up to 5 shooters.

The Rock Island Shootery can provide hand guns for training (up to 5 students). Our weapons are Springfield 9mm XDs complete with holsters, magazines, and magazine pouches. If you prefer your own weapon, this is fine. We can provide ammunition at our cost to students for 9mm, .40 caliber, .45 caliber, and .357 SIG pistols. If you desire to bring your own ammo, this is fine as well. We suggest the use of magazine fed weapons with higher capacity magazines. Wheel guns (6 shooter type) are allowed however, discouraged for training.

Carbine training for close quarter combat shooting is available as is defensive shotgun. Carbine round availability is 5.56, 7.62 (.308), and 7.62 x 39. Shotguns rounds are available in 12 gauge and 20 gauge. Buck shot, slugs, and 8 shot in all shotguns available.

DAY SHOOTS begin at 8:30 am and conclude at 4:30 pm. The price is $125.00 per student PLUS cost of ammunition if needed. You will need 500 rounds per day. Day shoot cost includes targets, refreshments (drinks), and use of our weapons, if needed. We will provide a small lunch of sandwiches, fruit, and drinks.

2 day shoots with overnight stay: $500.00 per student. Includes housing, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 1 dinner. Snacks and refreshments included. We will provide the first 500 rounds of ammo in this cost. Anything over 500 rounds you will pay for however, you will only pay the price the Shootery pays for bulk ammo. There is no mark up. Targets, range tape and all other necessary items are provided.

Modification to these rates is available to Corporate Groups, Social Groups, Law Enforcement, and Military personnel. Call for pricing. Women at risk have a ½ cost reduction in all materials, training, and training aids.
